This simple, easy to make chia pudding is an awesome meal on the run, whether it's breakfast, a snack or dessert. Prepare the night before and take to work.

This simple, easy to make chia pudding is an awesome meal on the run, whether it's breakfast, a snack or dessert. Prepare the night before and take to work.
 
1/2 cup chia seeds
2 tsp Acai powder* (optional)
2 cups So Good™ Almond Milk Unsweetened
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 tsp honey
1/2 cup dairy free natural yoghurt

  1. Combine chia seeds, acai powder, almond milk, vanilla and honey in a bowl and stir until well combined. Refrigerate overnight.
  2. Divide half the chia pudding mixture between two jars. Top both jars with yoghurt and remaining chia pudding. Top with toppers of choice. Serves 2.
