  • 1 cup So Good Regular Soy Milk
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 2 Tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 2 tsp honey, optional
