A great way to warm up on a cold night, this dessert is delicious and easy to make.
  • 2 pears, thinly sliced
  • ⅓ cup caster sugar
  • 2 tsp gluten free custard powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 cups So Good Lite soy milk, heated
  • yoghurt to serve

  1. Arrange pears over base of lightly greased ramekin dishes.
  2. Combine sugar and custard powder, then whisk in eggs and vanilla. Gradually add hot So Good to egg mixture. Pour egg mixture over pears.
  3. Bake in a slow oven, 150°C, for 1 hour or until set. Serve with yoghurt.
