To help build our people capability, we have developed and rolled out our second-generation leadership program. Living, Learning & Leading by Values is for all employees and offers learning and development opportunities that are underpinned by our philosophy and values. Individuals take ownership of their learning with the support of their manager.
As an introduction to the values of Sanitarium, all employees are invited to participate in the Living by Values Workshop, within six months of joining the Company.
The workshop covers:
- Our values and behaviours
- Our culture; how we measure culture and engagement
- Our feedback mechanisms
- Personal style.
