Peach and Passionfruit Shake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups canned, sliced peaches, drained
  • pulp from 2 large passionfruit
  • 1½ cups low-fat soymilk (eg Sanitarium So Good Lite)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (e.g. Sanitarium Honey)
  • 1 teaspoon linseed, ground
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla essence

Method

  1. Puree all the ingredients in a blender until you have a smooth, thick shake.
  2. Add slightly more honey for a sweeter taste, if desired.

Tips

  • Whole linseeds can be found in health food stores and some supermarkets. You can grind linseeds using an electric coffee grinder, or buy them in ground form.
