Ingredients

  • 6 large ice cubes
  • 1 cup ripe mango flesh (fresh or canned)
  • 200g mango flavoured low-fat soy yoghurt
  • 2 teaspoons honey

Method

  1. Crush the ice cubes.
  2. Add the mango flesh, soy yoghurt and honey, and puree for about 1 minute, until smooth. Serve chilled.
