Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sanitarium So Good Lite soymilk or dairy milk
  • 8 apricot halves (canned or fresh)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 kiwifruit
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 150g pottle low-fat fruit yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon spirulina powder

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Tips

  • Try freezing soft bananas in plastic bags, either with the skin removed or not, they will make your smoothie thicker in texture.
