Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sanitarium So Good soymilk
  • 8 fresh apricots, seeds removed
  • 2 tablespoons almond meal
  • 1 tablespoon wheat germ
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into two glasses.

Tips

  • Canned apricots can replace fresh apricots in this recipe.
