Banana mango smoothie

    Enjoy this deliciously refreshing summer smoothie!

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup So Good Lite soy milk
    • 1 Gluten Free Weet-Bix biscuit
    • 1 mango, peeled and flesh chopped
    • 1 banana, chopped

    Method

    1. Chill 2 serving glasses in freezer.
    2. Place all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth. Pour into cold serving glasses.

    Tips

    • Freeze your chopped fruit beforehand, or add extra ice to make your smoothie extra refreshing.
